We value leadership and innovation

We are leaders and innovators within our industry that places us consistently in the forefront of sweeping companies in our market area. Our services can range from concrete grinding and ceiling tile replacement to certified pressure washing and cleaning of vacated suites.

We have been featured and recognized within our industry:  Pavement Magazine, North American Sweeper Magazine, and the World Sweeper Association. World Sweeper Association is the nation’s premier organization for sweeping industry matters. We were chosen from over 5,000 nationwide sweeping companies for this honor.

We value experience and accountability

Carolina Sweepers was founded in 2001 as a locally owned and operated company.  Company president, Thom Dixon, a nationally noted architect, has over twenty-five years of experience and expertise in construction.  He was a Registered Architect in twenty-three states, which uniquely qualifies him as your on-site presence for asphalt and concrete repairs, façade painting, plus EIFS, carpentry repairs and more.  He personally guides the Carolina Sweepers technician staff with his extensive knowledge. Thom and his staff serve the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Burlington, Knightdale, Clayton and Fayetteville areas as well as contiguous areas to those cities.  We are always interested in opening new market areas.

We value relationships

We are the state’s largest sweeping company. Yet, we give small company attention to our property managers and owners. Through pleasant, personable, and clear communication, we customize our services to meet individual needs and preferences. Our customers know the status of their projects because we are proactive in keeping them informed. We invest in and work hard to grow customer relationships both in the short and long term.
